The members of our team come from a varied and extensive background.  All are trained in the latest techniques and modalities.  Every member of our staff is required to be up to date on continuing education  and all are licensed by the State. Cheryl Azza, LICSW is a licensed, clinical social worker with extensive experience working with youth, adults and families. She has a particular interest in work with adolescents and young adults with histories of trauma and behavioral challenges, and has worked extensively with youth in foster care and with court-involved adolescents. Cheryl offers both youth and adults a supportive, empowering therapeutic experience.


D. Stephenson Bond, LMHC, helps clients work through issues of depression, anxiety, workplace dilemmas and stage-of-life transitions. He also sees couples needing communication and negotiation skills. As a trained psychoanalyst, he also works with dreams and individuation.


Leigh Bryant, LICSW, has worked extensively with young adults and adults for over 30 years around issues of depression, anxiety, trauma and complicated grief reactions. She also is a Level II EMDR practitioner. She is the director of the entire practice in all three locations.  She sees most of her clients in her home office, located near the Bainbridge Park Office. Jen Cochrane, LMFT, received her Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and holds an Advanced Graduate Degree.  Jen has extensive experience working with children with mental health and substance use issues and their families. She is highly effective working with adults, couples and families focusing on enhancing the parent-child relationship. Jen’s areas of specialty include anxiety and depression, women's emotional health, family therapy, trauma treatment, and children behavior issues. Jenessa Deleault Psy.D.,  Dr. Deleault has worked with many children, adolescents, adults, and families around issues of anxiety, depression, behavioral difficulties in childhood, family stressors and parenting challenges, and children facing adverse childhood experiences and challenges She integrates evidenced-based psychotherapeutic interventions with a client-centered approach to help individuals, children, and families.  Dr. Deleault has helped clients with a variety of presenting problems and concerns, and her work in community mental health has provided her the opportunity to coordinate multiple systems of care to meet clients’ needs.  Dr. Deleault works with children of all ages and adults, but she has a specialization in young children and is trained in Child-Parent Psychotherapy for children ages 0-6.  Dr. Deleault has experience providing trainings and consultations on a variety of topics including trauma, anxiety, and mindfulness. 

Margreta Doerfler, MSW, LICSW. It's easy to live life in autopilot and react to stress rather than slow down and respond in ways that are helpful to our relationships, well-being, and personal goals. Margreta integrates evidenced-based practices with a collaborative approach. Her perspective balances acceptance of challenging circumstances with change and growth. She has extensive training in mindfulness and likes to integrate it into therapy when appropriate. She has experience in working with anxiety, depression, trauma and adverse experiences, and prenatal issues and postpartum challenges. She especially enjoys supporting women using mindfulness for labor and delivery.


Sarah Hood, LICSW, is a clinical social worker who has experience working with children, adolescents, young adults and families dealing with such issues as anxiety, depression, anger management, mood disorders and trauma. She also works with children and adolescents experiencing behavioral or attention issues at school or in the home.


Laura Meyer, LCMHC, uses her work with children, adolescents, adults and couples to collaboratively achieve goals and make changes that is important to them. Using evidence based practice combined with down to earth explanations of the therapy process, Laura is passionate about working with women's issues, parenting strategies, child issues, including autism spectrum disorders, stress management and relationship difficulties.

Donna Schroeder, LICSW, has more than 25 years experience working with all ages in a wide variety of agencies.  Currently she sees adults--both young and not so young--and specializes in women's issues, parenting concerns, anxiety, depression, bipolar, adjustment disorders and trauma issues.


Reina Smoley-Balog, LMHC is a bilingual therapist who brings a family systems approach to counseling children, teens, adults, couples and families. Reina has specialized in culturally competent counseling in Spanish and English for Latino youth and families for over fourteen years. Reina enjoys counseling clients of all backgrounds with a diverse range of issues including anxiety, ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, depression, trauma, grief/bereavement, life transitions and emotional self-regulation problems.


Laurie Sullivan, LICSW, is a seasoned psychotherapist helping adult clients with a wide range of concerns, including marital and relationship issues,  job stress, depression, anxiety,  shame, and self esteem.  Providing both long term and solution-focused brief treatment, she also offers effective strategies for pain management, OCD and panic symptoms, and stress reduction.
